Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Go to My Orders, select the order, and choose "Request Return." Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, compression wear, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" during the request — we'll ship the replacement once the original item is picked up.
